Recognizing than honor, in a Christian and civilized society, must be protected,

Henceforth,

1. If a nobleman prints a malicious defamatory opinion of another nobleman, the offended nobleman has the right to either sue said the offending nobleman in court or challenge said nobleman to a duel whose termsbare to be decided by the offended nobleman.

a. If the offending nobleman accepts the duel and is victorious, his crime shall be erraced, if the offending nobleman loses the duel, he shall not be required to provide additional compensation to the offended party.

b. If the offending nobleman refuses the duel, he will pay a £100 fee of shame the offended nobleman. The offended nobleman shall then have the right to sue the offending nobleman in court for whatever amount the court is willing to award him.

2. If a commoner prints a malicious defamatory opinion of a nobleman, the offending commoner shall pay a £100 fee to the offended nobleman and a £50 fine to the courts. The offended nobleman then has the right to sue the offending commoner for whatever amount the court is wiling to award him.

3. If a commoner or a nobleman prints a malicious defamatory opinion of another commoner, the offending commoner or nobleman shall pay £50 fee to the offended commoner and a £50 fine t the courts. The offended commoner then has the right to sue the offending commoner or nobleman for whatever amount the court is willing to award him.
