Message | Allowing local governments to legislate recycling policy will promote competition in efficiency among provinces. As well, it will be easier to ensure that potentially reusable materials are not put in landfills if the body controlling them is closer to their operation (rather than at the distant national capital). |

Message | Having a federal policy on recycling doesn't mean that the only recycling facility will be in the national capital; that is absolute absurdity and you know it. I am however, still undecided on this bill. |
