Message"The Foreign Minister, Mr Benoît Gueffroy, has informed me that he wishes to retire following his 75th birthday this month, necessitaing the nomination of a successor and a re-allocation of portfolios within the Executive Council,
I therefore propose this new Cabinet list and ask the members of the People's Assembly for their approval.

I do thank Mr Gueffroy for his long years of ministerial service and, indeed, as President of the Republic from 3031 to 3035. His quiet workmanlike manner will be very much missed in government, and I wish him a long and happy retirement."

Mona Nourizadeh, Presiding Minister of the National Executive Council
