Message | Mr. Speaker, If the curfew times proposed are a problem they can be negotiated. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, While we may support the idea of a curfew, we would like there to be specifically stated in the law that the curfew only applies when minors are by themselves. We do not believe a curfew should be applied when minors are in the company of adults. Furthermore, we support article 2 but oppose article 3. The Imperial Office of Domestic Security has several branches which are in charge of inter-duchy policing and security, including but not limited to the Military Police and the Royal Constabulary, therefore we do not believe an additional national police force would be useful. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, The law now does state that minors with adult supervision will be exempt from punishment. Article 3 will remain until the voices of the EAP and the USC have stated their opinions. I yield. |

Message | Speaker, We oppose articles one and two especially. One is an encroachment. Suppose a minor has an obligation at school that involves late travel? Early field trips? Travel to and from school. We do not see why penalizing all minors is a good choice and why existing laws are not being enforced. We oppose article two as unnecessary and are surprised that parties dedicated to small government would support such a measure. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, For clarification purposes, the CIL believes that the government has only two legitimate responsibilities: the protection of the realm and the maintenance of the social order. We will now support articles 1 and 2 as we believe they will help do the things we believe the government should do. We also reiterate our stance that "social justice" as interpreted by the USC is a devilish and revolutionary idea which is completely opposed to everything for which Luthori stands. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, Articles 3 has been removed to at least pass the first two articles which the LPP believes to be crucial. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I was not aware that the so-called grand Luthori Empire was, in fact, a prison, or a high school. Is this nation full of unruly children? Or is it filled with criminals and thugs? Surely, it cannot possibly be filled with decent people, otherwise why would they need to be forced to carry identification everywhere? Why must we be forced to be asked "Papers, please?" There must not be a single decent human being in the Luthori Empire. Or, perhaps, is it merely the leaders that are indecent? I yield. |
