We should promote population growth so we will have more workers to help the Telamon economy we will have people to join the army to defend Telamon and this will help when the mods introduce military to the game.

MessageYour second argument makes no sense. SImply because a country has a higher population, does not entail that it will have a more effective military, in fact, in modern times it has been the opposite.
Natural population growth can never replace immigration. Immigrants bring new ideas that may not come around in Telamon due to cultural limitations
