| In order to guarantee the same cost of energy to all energy providing companies, whilst also guaranteeing the same high quality of maintenance throughout the Country, the Government will, through the introduction of the National Electricity Board, which will be operated as an autonomous Publically owned utility, operate a single National Grid to provide energy to all areas of the Country. In the event of national emergency, the control of the National Electricity Board will revert to the control of the Department of Infrastructure and Transport. |
