Bill: Outlawing of "Labour Resistance Movement"

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hutorian Conservative Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3060

Description[?]:

By passing this Bill the LABOUR RESISTANCE MOVEMENT will be deemed an illegal organisation and will be regarded and treated as such.

=====================================================================================

The LABOUR RESISTANCE MOVEMENT is an unelected politically motivated movement that seeks to destabilise the entire Hutorian way of life. Their actions to threaten democratically elected politicians is an abhorrent trait of their movement and we regard them as a serious threat towards Hutorian Internal Security. Unless the LABOUR RESISTANCE MOVEMENT decide to stand for election their political aims must come to a conclusion. The idea an unelected movement can hold the state ransom is ludacrous.

If the Bill passes the police are authorised to hunt down and arrest LABOUR RESISTANCE MOVEMENT leaders and members.

If the Bill passes all LABOUR RESISTANCE MOVEMENT members with a noble title or any other official title will have it stripped from them.

MessageMr. Speaker,
We shall support this bill because of the fact that an unelected fringe group has no right to give threats to anyone, especially an elected organization. We are the representatives of the people, and are required to defend them. These threats are not only against the government, they are against the people.
Defend them we shall.

I yield.
