Message | Rt Hon Viscount Holding MP, Leader of the Opposition, Mr Deputy Speaker, the NSC would like to consult with the government on this Bill. We must make a Bill such as this one of our parties utmost priorities. Obviousley this is a very sensitive subject and i am sure that all parties wish to have the correct and proper policy in place regarding adoption in Hutori. Mr Deputy Speaker, the NSC believes that only after a thorough application process can a successful recepient of an adopted child can be determined. We obviousley need to ensure that these children find a suitable home with a family environment - thus the inclusion of Article 2. Mr Deupty Speaker, we believe that the proposed is the proper and just way for finding abandoned children a proper, safe and most importantly a family surrounding. I hope all parties can give us their support for the Bill as this is the right thing for the Hutorian adoption service. |
