Message | Rt Hon Viscount Holding MP, Leader of the Opposition, Mr Deputy Speaker, the NSC believes in a singular Hutorian society. How on earth can this happen when those who can afford it lock themselves off from the rest of the people by living in one of many Hutorian gated communities. This is not the way a society should operate Mr Deputy Speaker. A society operates through togetherness and equality - not division and evasion. |

Message | Pierre du Lac, le Comte de Saint Adrian, Chairman of the Imperial Democrats, Mr. Deputy Speaker, The Imperial Democrats agree with the HSC. Voting favor of this bill will allow for more freedoms for our people, and open up our society. Moreover, voting in favor means a step forward for this nation. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Deputy Speaker, We do not vote in favour because we believe that people should have the freedom to choose the enviroment in which they live. We do not think that the government should force people to live where they do not want. If people wish to live a quiet life then let them, most people would probably not mesh well with the rest of society anyway. Though we feel that the gated communities should be privately run, not set up by the government. |

Message | Rt Hon Viscount Holding MP, Leader of the Opposition, Mr. Deputy Speaker, the CLP only vote against this Bill because their party officials are rich with hereditary money. They take the attitude that they do not want the "lowly masses" of Hutori living near them! Mr. Deputy Speaker, that is a quote from the CLP Party Page and for them to vote against this Bill on those grounds is a joke. They are leading this nation and still call the people "lowly"? They should be ashamed! |
