Article 1: The state forces all men of age between 17 and 45 to enlist into the military due to growing international tensions. Article 2: The only way anyone can avoid this is by showing a valid health excuse, a education excuse (Only for men 17-21 years of age) and the fact that they are a single parent. Any other opt out is due to already government involved obligations, or the obligation of taking care of sickly people. 2.1 Anyone who has important jobs such as doctors, educators or any other socially important jobs do not have to join the military. 2.2 People not fit for joining the military (Not mentally strong enough or Overweight etc) shall not be required to join. Article 3: All men who join the military will have a monthly payment to their bank account. 3.1 The wage will range from 2,000 to 5,000 depending on how life threating etc. Article 4: Anyone who refuses to join the military without a valid reason shall be arrested for a period of 5 months, with a requirement of serving in the military for 1 year after that. 4.1 If another refusal is made, the arrested period is terminated (Therefore not repeated) the man is forced to serve the military for 2 years, doubling respectively until 16 years of military service is imposed. After that the man is jailed for 16 years, or can be taken out, for a sum of 500,000. |
