Message | Hon Toby Andrews MP, Conservative Party Leader, Mr Speaker, on what grounds to the Liberals oppose? They claim to be a reformist government, yet here they are voting against giving up central powers! The Hutorian Army realise that land mines are an outdated weapon and are largely useless in combat so the status quo will not change unless there is a drastic change in Hutorian war policy and given war is unlikely Mr Speaker, i doubt land mines will be used at all in Hutori. Mr Speaker, this is simply a government refusing to acknowledge that this responsibility regarding land mines belongs to the armed forces and not the government. The armed forces know what the army needs and the PM and his party are not activley involved in the running of the armed forces. The only conclusion we can draw on the Liberals vote is that they simply want to keep the central government as large as possible and keep all the power in Bekenial in their offices rather than delegate the issues to those who are best positioned to make the decisions! May i add this is another instance of the Liberals fascist agenda. |
