Message | Mr. Speaker, Regarding Articles 1 and 2 we feel that media should be completely privatised. We are unsure whether to support Article 3 or not, and likewise for Article 4. Maybe if the CMP compromised in regards to Articles 1 and 2 we would support this bill fully. I yield. |
