Bill: Expanding legislations for social agreements

Details

Submitted by[?]: Mouvement des Conservateurs

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3072

Description[?]:

Colleagues,
We want to expand the legislations that socials partners (trade unions and employer organizations) can execute. The legislation about daily working hours should be regulated by these social agreements as a consensus between trade unions and employer organizations, instead of being imposed by the government. These unions and organization are a direct representation for the employees and employers. After all its about these persons.

MessageColleagues,
Does the PR recognize any social pressure groups - even from own political circles?

MessageMaybe each party can establish a social pressure group (whatever it holds...) in order to enforce its backbone. Doing this in resolution to have the Senate recognize these groups.

OOC: something else ... resolutions tend to disappear in the long list of legislative history of our nation. Is it possible to use the wiki to add some articles ?
