Colleagues, We want to expand the legislations that socials partners (trade unions and employer organizations) can execute. The legislation about daily working hours should be regulated by these social agreements as a consensus between trade unions and employer organizations, instead of being imposed by the government. These unions and organization are a direct representation for the employees and employers. After all its about these persons. |

Message | Maybe each party can establish a social pressure group (whatever it holds...) in order to enforce its backbone. Doing this in resolution to have the Senate recognize these groups. OOC: something else ... resolutions tend to disappear in the long list of legislative history of our nation. Is it possible to use the wiki to add some articles ? |

Message | OOC: You can pretty much create any article on the wiki site. Do you mean linking it back to Rildanor's wiki? |
