MessageI do not believe that you force someone to learn and having someone in school who does not want to be there can only be disruptive to those who are trying to learn. However, the ARA would be willing to listen to a proposal that included increased money allocated to alternative schooling options--not all kids are served by the public system (square peg, round hole..)
