| We, the Directorate of the Federation of Zardugal, do hereby create the Office of the Vicar-General of the Federation of Zardugal The following clauses apply: 1) The Vicar Generals shall work in conjunction with the Foreign Ministry and report directly to the Director of State and upon request the Director-General of the Zardic Federation. 2) Candidates for the position of Vicar General must be native born citizens of the Federation of Zardugal and must be at least twenty-five years of age. 3) The Vicar General shall appointed by the Director-General upon the advice of the Director of State. 4) The Vicar General shall serve so long as the confidence of the Director of State is held. Upon loss of confidence of a Vicar General, the Director of State can seek the removal of the Vicar General upon the advice and consent of the Director-General of the Federation of Zardugal. 5) The Office of the Vicar General shall receive its funding through the Office of the Foreign Ministry 6: The Vicar General represents the Zardic Government’s official ambassador and shall perform their duties as the executive branch of their respective Federated States. 7: Upon passage of this constitutional amendment, the offices of Vicar General for the Federated States of Vascania, Squibble, Northern Dovani and Southern Dovani. This is a Constitutional Amendment and requires a 2/3 majority in order to be approved |
