While my ultimate goal is for all sports clubs to be publicly owned and operated, under these circumstances that is out of the question. Nonetheless I believe in public and private sport clubs so that in financial hardships the private ones will go bust, but the government ones will be saved, and I think the citizens will like that. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We clearly see the merits of this bill. By having government run sport clubs, they would surely cost less to participate in that privately owned ones and would be a source for anyone to get involved. But this is as far as we shall go on this issue, as we believe some clubs should still be private. I yield |
