Description[?]:
Although we are currently enduring a reccession, immigration to Solentia has been on the rise for some decades. The NCP would like to mention the murder of Amber Klane as the driving force behind this bill. Seventeen year old Amber Klane went to the prestigious South Valley private school outside of Halion. On April 27th, 3076, she and two fellow classmates were driving back from a high school debate convention on North Trent Avenue (Near the SDPS Headquarters) when they stopped at a gas station near a state funded housing district on the west side of Halion. While there, the three young women were approached by two men dressed in disheveled clothing. One of the men who was later identified by Orame state police as Hermin Fulana, an illegal immigrant from Repubblica Istaliana revealed a knife and demanded that the girls hand over their purses and jewelery. Amber refused but the other two women gave in and handed over their belongings. The second man, later identified as Robert Burns, also an illegal immigrant, became frustrated and grabbed Amber; dragging her between two gas pumps and beating her. Fulana then fatally stabbed Amber and the two men fled the scene. They were later caught thanks to the Orame state police who responded quickly to the 911 call and performed a regional manhunt for the next 12 hours. Ambers parents buried her on May 4th, and a moment of silence was observed throughout the South Valley school system. This is the latest of hundreds of incidents involving violent illegal immigrants in the past decade. *Note this does not include non violent crimes commited. |

Message | I hope this legislation does pass, and may I say NCP, you are talking the language of the public. Shame on the 195 senators who have opposed this legislation, perhaps they could go and apologise to Amber's family personally, and explain why they think it is a good thing that Amber is 6 feet under? These policies were put forward by my party earlier. but were widely rejected as being too 'extremist' or too 'tough', well I am glad times and attitudes have changed- and that's how Sue C's it.
