| Message | Mr. Speaker, During the previous session, I brought up a bill similar to this one. Cries were raised because it didn't have any protections in the case of rape or incest. This bill allows abortions during the first trimester only. It is, by no means, where I would prefer to allow abortions, but in the interest of saving innocent lives this will have to do. I yield. |
