Message | Given that even if I were to move this to vote now, it will be moved back to debate before the voting time has expired, I'll leave it up for debate until the election has been completed. |
Date | 02:41:15, November 17, 2005 CET | From | Freedom Party | To | Debating the Modification of Educational Subsidies |
Message | It seems fair that those who are better off ought to pay for their own education. |
Date | 11:23:30, November 17, 2005 CET | From | Aloria Green Socialist Party | To | Debating the Modification of Educational Subsidies |
Message | I suppose we must be pragmatic, given the budget situation.. I'll vote for this. |
Date | 20:14:29, November 18, 2005 CET | From | People's Equality Party | To | Debating the Modification of Educational Subsidies |
Message | The reason I am objecting to this bill is that it implies that rich families will support their children throughout their education, if they don't then these children, with no means of support, will have to pay for their tutition |
Date | 02:13:15, November 19, 2005 CET | From | Independent Capitalist Party | To | Debating the Modification of Educational Subsidies |
Message | And apparantly that is why the People's Equality Party just collapsed... It's a shame they didn't leave before this bill came out, then it could be unanimous... |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
