Accepting the risk that Paramilitaries pose both to the safety of the Nation and of its people, Paramilitaries are henceforth and with immediate effect barred from operation within the Imperium.

Any person(s) believed to be involved in either operating, supporting, or being a member of a Paramilitary will be arrested, all their monetary possessions revoked and placed into custody until they can be tried for crimes against Hobrazia, with the penalty in line with those of other serious misdemeanours.

Members of existing Paramilitaries have 48 hours to turn in their weapons from the date of this bill passing before they will be tried with the above legislation. Any person attempting to hide or redistribute weapons or other Paramilitary paraphenalia from the time this legislation is moved to vote will be arrested and tried in line with the above legal penalties.
