Bill: Prevention of Sexual Exploitation Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratic Socialists of Endralon
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2047
Description[?]:
Prostitution is one of the many forms of capitalist exploitation which must be eradicated as Endralon completes the inevitable path towards socialism and communism. It however is even worse than other forms of exploitation as at the same time it is a barrier to equality between the sexes by reducing women's bodies to sexual commodities which can be bought or sold. Only once prostitution is ended will a sexually liberated society be achieved where men and women can enjoy full equality. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The right for a person to prostitute himself or herself.
Old value:: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.
Current: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.

Message | whilst prostitution is a perfectly valid service a worker may desire to provide the potential for difference in wealth to be exploited to force this service is too great a risk thus I vote in support of the change |
