| Message | article 2 is for we can use the mines in war but that would be cruel and kill everyone if we plant them all willy nilly. article 1 is for the animals. sure hunters can have fun while we encourage them to not but some may not listen. until the animals taken off the list. hunting that certain species is illegal. |

| Message | OOC: Agreed, I try to keep bills together that deal with one set of issues, like any articles I want to change under Justice would be together. Or there are some laws that fit together nicely and do go along well. Perhaps these could fit, but just have to find a good link. |
