MessageMr. Speaker,

This Bill is, with all do respect, a DISGRACE! it goes from not doing enough to PROTECT endangered Species to doing absolutely nothing. This is just unacceptable. One might instead assume start hunting down Idiotic bills such as this one and put them on the Endangered List.

I Yield!

MessageMr Speaker,

It is hardly the government's responsibility to engage in conservation.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We oppose this proposal. We agree with the CIL that it isn't government responsibility to engage in the conservation of the environment to an extent, but we advocate more powers to local government which will decentralise government and thus vote against this bill.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The LPP (Patriot) is in agreement with the People's party. The Federal Gov't must be shrunk and thus local Gov't must be given more authority. Let the people of Luthori decide.

I Yield.
