| On behalf of His Royal Northern Highness Great Prince & Tsar Genrih III and His Grace Duke Mikhail Mashkov of Petrovgrad and Viceroy of Trigunia do hereby propose the following resolution: Article I: Section 1 - The Great Northern Fleet shall be authorized to enter the nation of Kazulia, which forms the northern borders of ally & friend Greater Hulstria, for the purpose of evacuating Hulstrian citizens and Hulstrian peoples living there including any innocent peoples wishing to leave and to intervene in the ongoing civil war to bring order and stability to the nation in the interest of national and regional security. Section 2 - Trigunia hereby establishes military and economic sanctions on the belligerent parties of Kazulia. Section 3 - The Great Northern Fleet shall be authorized to establish & maintain the naval blockade of all the seaports and coastal waters of Kazulia in order to ensure that the economic and military sanctions against the belligerent parties is maintained. No ship, regardless of nationality or cargo shall be allowed to enter Kazulian coastal waters of seaports without prior & specific approval of the Great Northern Fleet & the Admiralty of Trigunia. Section 4 - The Naval Aviation Forces of the Great Northern Fleet will be authorized to establish a no-fly zone over the southern and southern coastal region of Kazulia. These forces will cooperate and aid the nation of Greater Hulstria. Section 5 - The majority of the Great Northern Fleets' Naval Infantry shall be available for possible hostile deployment upon approval of the Admiralty, the Viceroy and the Cabinet of Trigunia. Section 6 - The Great Princedom & Tsardom shall impose a travel ban to the nation of Kazulia and encourages its citizens to stay away from the nation if they are attempting to contact family; airlifts will be authorized and Trigunians living in Kazulia will be brought home. Section 7 - This Intervention bill shall be passed but will expire within three (3) months of its passage but it may be renewed by a simple majority of the Boyar Duma. |
