Voting deadline: September 3095
Description[?]:
“The Pension System Act of 3094 looks to adjust the current system of pensions, by making the current public pension system voluntary as well as the private ones. The reason for this is because people do not want government involved in every aspect of their life’s and when it comes to pensions government trust is not something the people believe in. This bill will make it voluntary for the public pension system instead of forcing them to use it. We don’t give them a clear choice now we make them use the public government run system but they can also use private systems along with that one, this way someone who doesn’t want to use the public system and just a private system can. This bill does not produce any harm to the pension system; it gives a clearer and direct choice to the people. Shouldn’t the people have a clear and direct choice on this issue? Thank you Mr. Speaker”- Donald King |

Message | But what of the people who squander all their earnings for immediate gratification? While our party doesn't like the government becoming too involved in every day life it does have a place. With a compulsory system, the pension service acts as a safety net for all, no matter how irresponsible they are with their own finances. We await to here Mr. King's response to these concerns. |

Message | “They say for people to learn they have to make mistakes. I don’t want anyone being stupid with their finances but the government can not become a nanny state and hold the hands of the people on every issue. When it comes to their personal finances and retirement plans they should have the right to use a government pension or a private pension. The system acting as a safety net can be argued because the government system is not a perfect system and many people don’t want the government handling their pensions. This is about giving them a choice right now they really don’t have a choice. People don’t want to use the public pension system but we force them to, is it right to force them to because we believe they are going to mess up?” |

Message | The People's Party is using the word "forcing" while pensions are compulsory, nobody is being forced at gunpoint to take these pensions. The Christian Democratic Party is totally right in saying the pensions are a safety net, but what they forgot to mention is that pensions are also a reward for the retired who have worked hard all their life to build the nation. Now Mr. King is saying nobody should be "forced", if that is his mentality, the next thing you'll know is that slave labour will return and the argument will be employers shouldn't be "forced" to pay their workers. After all, who wouldn't want free handouts, clearly the People's Party, their supporters and their businessman leader, it speaks for itself doesn't it? We await to hear the response from Mr.King |

Message | "They are being forced to use a government run pension system not at gunpoint but, they are being told they have to they have no choice in the matter. Restricting the choice of the people and being a nanny state will just hurt us in the long run and the people. Also, the slavery and that employers shouldn't be forced to pay is not even an issue here so their is no reason to stray from topic. However to make sure we all clear the PP and myself do not at all support slave labour. Thank you."-Mr. King |

Message | Please explain how a safety net, and how a ''nanny state'' will just hurt us in the long run? Private companies will take advantage of the people's money, because they're private, they're goal is profit. The state doesn't want profit, it wants to serve the people, and therefore it can be trusted. We will vote against. |

Message | "Can you honestly say government has never hurt the people ever? They have never had so many hoops and regulations it causes people just to feel ill when thinking about the government. The idea that all private companies will take advantage of people is absurd. I can say the same about the government that all the people is a tax dollor to them."-Mr. King |

Message | No the idea that private companies take advantage of people is not absurd, it is a fact. I bet you have taken advantage of people Mr King seeing you are a multi0millionaire if don't, billionaire businessman. Private companies take advantage of people every single second of every single minute of every single hour of every single day and way more than the government does, has done or ever will and to say that private companies are squeaky clean and perfect is absurd, naive and foolish. -Stephen Cutler MP. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
