| OOC: I do not propose any changes to the Taxes, as you can see, the brackets are unchanged in this porposal. I did this only in the form of Tax Proposal as they are passed sooner than traditional proposals!!!! IC: Foreign Influenced rebellion has started in Luthori, our neighbour in the North, and we have been asked by the sovereign Luthori Government to intervene in the conflict. We propose a full mobilization of the Darnussian Armed Forces, and sending them to assist the sovereign Luthori Government against the rebels and their foreign supporters. We would like to remind the Parliament of the "Darnussia - Luthori Treaty of Friendship and Co-operation" ( http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1837 ), and say we act now to maintain this treaty of Friendship and the sovereingty of the Luthori Government.
