Bill: Foreign Investment Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: United Liberal Alliance
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2143
Description[?]:
We introduce this bill in order to debate the nature and extent of foreign investment in Telamon. Currently, whilst foreign companies are allowed to invest in Telamonian ones, they are not allowed to gain a majority share. We believe that we should open up foreign investment by allowing foreign companies to gain majorities of Telamonian ones and hope that other nations will do the same. It is only by doing this that we can have free international investment and it should attract foreign investment into Telamon so benefitting the economy. |
