WHEREAS We are a pluarlistic society and wish to recognize the validity of conflicting viewpoints on matters of education,

AND It is not the purpose or place of a federal bureaucracy to set the conditions under which parents feel their child will be best taught;

THEREFORE we of the RLP propose to allow private schools the freedom to determine how to best encourage an atmosphere conducive to effective learning, as well as allowing them to determine what will be taught therein.
