Message | We wish to compromise with the Parti Conservateur de Kanjor on the quota for proposals in order to get this bill through. |
Date | 16:11:50, April 03, 2011 CET | From | Kanjoran Conservative Party | To | Debating the Succession, 3100 |
Message | We are thankful for this compromosie but ask instead that the AK pass our Administration bill. It seems to me that the AK is keen to reject some proposals made by our party only to display it's capacity to compromise. We will not support the accession until we feel that Kanjoran democracy is as it should be. Margaret Stonemason, KCP Leader |

Message | May I also ask that the AK, respects my party and refers to it by it's English name. We represent Kanjor's english population and do not appreciate being referred to as the Parti Conservateur de Kanjor. We are and always well be the Kanjoran Conservative Party. Message | We also support the position of the Parti Conservateur de Kanjor. We would like to the Administation Bill to be passed instead, but our party always will support the monarchy and never will work against it - there we shall support it anyhow! Long live Léopold Frédéric II, Roi de Kanjor! May be live and serve for the people of Kanjor for his whole life! OOC: Whether you like it or not I as well as most likely Action Kanjorienne will refer to you as " Parti Conservateur de Kanjor ". By ignoring Kanjor's culture you're disrespecting it. You're not forced to put it in French but at least argue something more suitable. Kanjor does not even have a "English Population". 98% of the country speaks French fluently and are Kanjorian citizens making them indeed Terran French. |

Message | OOC: Yes, it seems rather dull that you would choose the easy way and play an English party. There are, of course, many dull English countries on Terra that you can choose from. In the interests of more interesting roleplay, we hope that you will consider Kanjor's true identity. The Royal Union has sort of abandoned roleplay and is pretty much dead weight here in Kanjor, something we should avoid. |

Message | ooc I have been here before with an old account, I was the KCP then and I am the KCP now. Kanjor has always had English people and quite some time ago when I played admittedly like 1000 years ago the nation had an english name. I'm afraid you will have to come up with something better than calling English dull. |

Message | OOC: To be fair, ALL the nations in this game started out as English. It took time for different countries to establish their own identities for better roleplaying game. I'm afraid you will have to come up with something better than claiming Kanjor started out as English. |

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
Random quote: "If liberty and equality, as is thought by some are chiefly to be found in democracy, they will be best attained when all persons alike share in the government to the utmost." - Aristotle |
