Mr Speaker, i believe every party in the House will vote in favour of this Act, and as such i believe this adress is simply a courtesy.

Mr Speaker, this makes the Hutorian Justice system fair for all citizens. It means the system is open, more accountable and above all - more correct. It means any unfair judgements can be overturned and it gives the Hutorian people an overall fairer society.
