| We think that the leading party have too much power with that only head of state may propose a cabinet coalition... The number of sets gives an unfair advantages to the largest party.. a minimum of 125.. On Appointments of Officials we think that the party should not intervene in the civil service.. We think that the the length of a legislative and executive term is to long.. And that a party can accumulate too high proposal quota... we dislike superbills as they take down a big deal of fun in the game..
