| The RWP hereby proposes to raise government encouragement on using collective transports and environmentally friendly cars. It makes all sense to encourage the use of collective transports, for environmental reasons and other. It is proven that if everyone used collective transports, pollution would be a much smaller problem, not to mention sparing all the resources. But if that doesn't convince you, a better system of collective transports (that should come with this bill) brings financial relief to families, makes traveling a lot easier (because the number of cars lowers), spares resources, etc. |

Current: There are no regulations on the ownership of private cars.
Proposed: Private cars are allowed, but people are encouraged to travel collective and tax incentives are provided for cars using environmentally friendly fuels.
