| POWERS OF THE PRESIDENT This resolution defines the official powers of the President of the Volksrepublik to avoid future conflict. It will be saved in the ARCHIVE for reference if needed. ARTICLE I The PRESIDENT is the SUPREME REPRESENTATIVE of the Volksrepublik Dorvik on the international diplomatic scene. ARTICLE II The PRESIDENT is the CHIEF COMMANDING OFFICER of the DORVISH ARMY, NAVY and AIR FORCE. ARTICLE III The PRESIDENT is also meant to play a CEREMONIAL ROLE. He is meant to head any NATIONAL HOLIDAY'S that are celebrated publicly. |

| Message | I suggest adding the following: Article IV The PRESIDENT is the PROTECTOR of the Dorvik Constitution and the Dorvish People. Article V The PRESIDENT is able to impeached by the national legislature if any charges are brought against him, with regards to any civil or criminal law. Article VI The PRESIDENT must be 35 years old, a natural Dorvik born citizen and must have never been convicted of a crime, civil or criminal. |
