| The recent fiasco with Dorvik was caused by a paranoid and agressive Mr Paul Woodward, Foreign Affairs Minister, and his deputy, Henry Williams. Their violent and paranoid outbursts at the Artanian Summit has stained the honour of this country. Messrs Woodward and Williams threatened war in Rutania's name, insulted a nation peaceful to Rutania, acted barbarously and called that act Rutania's and are advocating barbaric tactics in the name of Rutania. Mr Woodward's accusations of a Dorvish international socialist conspiracy is either a sign of paranoia and failing mental health or a deliberate fabrication. Both deem him incapable to be Rutania's foreign minister. Mr Woodward has clearly overstepped the limits of his power; he will be investigated by the National Assembly. If found guilty of wrongdoing and/or insane, he will be impeached. |

| Message | This outburst by the Rutanian Foreign Ministry almost makes me ashamed to be Rutanian. We urge the President to remove the Foreign Minister and replace Mr Woodward with someone who can keep a level head at international summits, and prepare a letter of apology to the people of Dorvik.
