Description[?]:
Prisons need to prepare people for living on the outside again once they are released. Paying them a small wage would increase their motivation, as well as allowing them to raise funds which could be used to support their families, save up for their futures and compensate their victims. Message | Mr. Speaker, This absurd! Prisoners should not be paid. They are prisoners not employees. This is not 'preparing them for the outside world again' its wasting our countries funds on scum that deserves to sit in prison. |
