| Message | Rt Hon Viscount Hardy MP, Chancellor, Mr Speaker, i am today presenting to this House, my financial budget for the parliamentary term of the years 3100-3114. Today i will be adressing issues of public spending an unneccessary taxes. The whole purpose of this budget is to cut taxes and spending to create a scenario where businesses can flourish and the Hutorian people can prosper through the markets and financial competition. Mr Speaker, as we can see from the figures above i am cutting spending by over 2,000,000,000,000HRL. This will reduce the quite frankly massive public sector spending and allow the private sector to take over. This coupled with the reductions on corporation taxes will allow all sizes of business to grow and prosper. This in turn will pass savings on down to the ordinary Hutorian citizen who will have more money in their pockets as a result. Mr Speaker, we are also cutting luxury sales taxes on account of giving more money to the people but we are re-introducing a tax on essential goods. Mr Speaker, this budget will give the people of Hutori more money and by reducing the massive public sector spending allow business to flourish and the Hutorian economy to grow. I believe this budget is in Hutori's best interests and i know my party also believes so. This will make our economy stronger and will ultimatley benefit the people of this great nation. |
