Bill: Provoked Nuclear Use Act

Submitted by[?]: Labour Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 3113

Description[?]:

i think it is fair to say that if a nation attacks us with nuclear weapons first, we have every right to hit them back with nuclear weapons. They can just bombard us with nukes and we won't be able to do anything because our current law won't permit that.
