1. I am not an animal rights activists, however I do belueve they should not be subject to cosmetic tests. Necessary drugs perhaps but not cosmetics. 2. The government has to has a say in matters this important. |

Message | We agree with this Bill. There is no need for using animals for testing cosmetics. Also having the government subsidize drugs and regulate prices helps to the get drugs needed for medical reasons to those who can least afford them. |
