| Only those who are professionally required to own guns should be permitted to do so. Furthermore, the type of weapons they are allowed to own is restricted to what is professionally necessary, and these weapons can only be carried in appropriate situations (i.e. while on the job). |

Proposed: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.

Old value:: Citizens may own any type of weapons, but certain types are restricted to designated places.
Current: Citizens may own any type of weapon. They may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner.
