| Message | Mr Speaker, This year, we will finally balance our books. This bill will reduce a further 100 billion from our budget, therefore eradicating our 80 billion dollar deficit. However, I say this to the Volkskammer; all surveys suggest firmly that our population is falling, that soon we will have a much smaller revenue to deal with. It will be necessary for all future Governments to have constant cuts in relation to the population and its needs. However, Mr Speaker, I commend this budget to the House. |
