MessageThe Nationalist Luthorian Coalition disagrees with this bill. Food Safety requirements does not lead to the denial of human freedom, it does not lead towards totalitarian government. What does lead to the enslavement of the humans, is when food is transfuse with unknown chemicals, and genetically altered. It is altered in a way were consumers are "addicted" to the food product...making them constantly crave the product...making them slaves of the product. Now that would be enslavement, which is bad, especially when such genetic food are hamburgers and soft drinks, which are very bad for your health. I ask parties, especially centre-right parties to reconsider your position just once, if this bill is ever presented.

I yield

MessageMr. Speaker,

We dis-agree entirely. People, and especially, Luthorians are fully capable of making their own decisions when it comes to the food they it. If they wish to eat organic food then they are fully capable of making that choice. If they like the food that happens to be genetically altered then that is also their choice.

This bill however is primarily meant to remove the federal government from the healthcare sector. To return Luthori to its entirely free and capitalistic economy. This is what the center-right parties must focus on. This is the intention of this bill.

I Yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Perhaps the NDP needs to get over the fact that it is no longer in power. Ridiculing a party because it declined to join your side is immature and annoying. Instead perhaps, you should accept the fact that you are the opposition and actually provide good counter arguments, instead of just saying "you joined that side blah blah blah".

With that said, while it is true we do not agree on everything this is to be expected. Just as we do not agree with the CIL on many social issues and we do not agree with the EAP on some issues. This is the same for the alliance side. the NDP,WCP, the Reform Party, will not agree on everything.

I Yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

We would note that this bill does not do away with food safety requirement,s it merely transfers them to the more effective local level.

We support this bill.

I yield.

Random quote: "When we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, 'Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!'" - Martin Luther King Jr.
