Description[?]:
http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=46082#46082 Deltaria has sent "peacekeepers" to Lodamun without the consent of Lodamun's parliament or government, on the request of one party in Lodamun's government. These forces have killed Lodamun citizens. The head of state and head of government of Lodamun have both requested they leave. They refuse to do so unless asked by a two-thirds vote in Lodamun's parliament. Since the party that invited them controls over one-third of the parliament, this is impossible. Kanjor, another fascist state, is also planning to send an invasion force of "peacekeepers" which has not been approved by anyone in Lodamun. This bill proposes that if the Lodamun parliament by simple majority votes to ask the Deltarains to leave, Al'Badara will offer military assistance to the government of Lodamun by sending troops to serve under Lodamese command, if the Lodamese authorities wish it. These troops will assist in removing Deltarian troops but will not initiate conflict unless attacked. This bill also asks the minister of defence to place our forces on alert. No offensive moves of any sort towards Deltaria will be made, but we will stand ready to defend ourselves. |

Message | The Defence Minister is glad to have support from the people of Al'Badara, but asks for nothing more then international condemnation of the Deltarian occupational forces in Lodamun. Resistance movements are springing up throughout the nation, and there is small chance that the Deltarians will be able to stand against us. We expect to drive them from our shores and back onto there boats. The Lodamese military, sadly, cannot assist without 2/3rds of the Senate, and that is impossible with the Remnants holding more then 1/3rd of the Senate. Message | This further expansion of Deltaria is disgusting, however, as an Majatran party, we feel it is not our business. Our children must not be placed at risk on the other side of the world. We wish the Lodamese the best in protecting themselves, but we see no reason why we must risk our troops lives. |

Message | Defend yourselves from what? How odd that the Caliphate is established and already the UPU are looking for excuses to build up your forces and ignite a war with the Pope. |

Message | A war is the last thing we want. The UPU has a long history of pacifism, as other parties here can testify. Many of our followers have died for resisting moves by the NUP to ignite a war with Deltaria. Given comments by the Ba'athists and the Lodamese, we will make no moves to press for military action. However, since Deltaria is on the move, we feel it would be prudent to consult with our SOTO partners on methods to make the Majatran region more secure. |

Message | The outrageous comment by the NUP (along with their persistent spamming of old, worthless bills) makes the BMSP call into question their ability to function as a genuine democratic party. We agree with more co-operation between SOTO nations, as we Majatrans should stand together, but we feel in the Deltarian-Lodamun conflict, we must remain impartial as none of our interests are being at all threatened. |

Message | We must strike First, Deltaria will kill us all. Prepare a full scale invasion. |

Message | A first strike would be a dangerous and destructive step, as well as being morally wrong. Here is yet another reason the NUP can't be trusted with government. Our best chance lies in collective security, including support for Kafuristan against Deltarian invasion threats. This is the course we are attempting in the SOTO consultations (at http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3482&mforum=particracy) |

Message | Deltaria might not always strike first, but it always strikes last. Can't we give peace between our nations a chance? |

Message | We have always wanted to give peace a chance. Too bad Lodamun had no chance for peace. |

Message | Lodamun certainly has a chance for peace. But only on Deltarian terms. |

Message | Re the Lodamun situation: the foreign minister has proposed an international peacekeeping force to take over from Deltarian forces. Hopefully they will agree. |
