This bill is necessary in order to keep the government and the various programs functioning. It is time that this nation get serious about spending cuts unless we want to end up bankrupt and forced to take out loans like a poverty stricken third world nation.

MessageThe decrease in total expenditures outlined in the bill is acceptable, but we believe more of the decline should be weighted on the Science & Technology section of the budget.
