Message | Beloved Freedom view this bill as a step in right direction, but express sincere concerns about article 3 & 4. Article 3 has a high possibility of abuse and misuse. It should be withdrawn. Article 4 is too ambiguous and also has a possibility of abuse and violating privacy. It needs clear definition of 'extreme situations' and (RP) amendment that requires a court order. |

Message | It is funny and sad that BF sees the possibility of abuse and misuse on libel and slander, but when it comes to things such as privatised profit-driven industries like the defence industry, education, healthcare. But we will try to define, and debate the definition of extreme situations on the other article. Also, it seems that not one single article is supported by every party, but there is one that doesn't have any support, Article 4. |

Message | There's nothing in common between profit-driven business and application of libel and slander laws. You can make free market paradise with strict slander laws, and you can make socialist kleptocracy wihout any slender laws. Union Socialism Alliance's false claims and defamation will make USA the first victim of Article 3. Obviously. but Beloved Freedom will defend USA's right to say it, despite of its continuous mudslinging. |

Message | USA has claimed nothing falsely, as BF does support privatised education, healthcare and defence industries, thus not recognizing the possibility of abuse and misuse by these companies. Yet, the BF does recognize a supposed possibility of misuse and abuse on the slander laws. Stating one's opinion, is different than making false statements about an individual. |

Message | Indeed, this is at least the second time that BF has done this. I stated my opinion in an earlier thread and was accused of making some false statement about him. |
