Bill: Budget proposal of March 3121
Details
Submitted by[?]: Republican Party of Jakania
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3121
Description[?]:
The Republican Party of Jakania propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the United Jakania. "This is a proposal to ensure that our Defense Department once again can function properly. Defending our nation is essential. We also cut education, because we´re essentially telling local governments that they should have more of the responsibility for these kinds of policies. The most important things we as a national government can do, is to ensure proper defenses and take care of our national interests. Local governments should take care of the rest. We, here in the central areas shouldn´t be telling what people in the rural parts of Nilaka should do." Abraham Goldfarb, Minister of Finance. |

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
