"Extreme situations" may refer to cases where lives are in danger, in cases of organised terrorism, organised crime, or cases of arresting a wanted criminal, who faces charges that may lead to sever punishment. "Danger" refers to any situation where there is sufficient suspicion that a person's life may be threatened. "Organised" refers to any group of individuals with similar end-goals, that commits actions in group, coordinated, with a possible hierarchy, and let their end-intentions be known, and where individuals might identify with, being a member of the organisation. "Terrorism" refers to any illegal or unlawful usage of any means or ways to commit actions with the goal to terrify or intimidate people, a group of people or the government of the people. "Sever Punishment" refers to any punishment that reaches or exceeds 4 years of incarceration, rehabilitation or any other way of serving their punishment. |
