| I propose that we lower our age of adulthood to 16 , the current 2 year period in which we continue to enforce laws as minors upon our citizens does little in terms of maturement. Also the prohibition of a number of freely available(to adults) products enforced upon them causes a willing disregard for the law in our young adults. |

| Message | No. We've been over this before. The official age of adulthood is always arbitrary, but, as arbitrary ages go, 18 is better than 16. Most people are not adults at 16. |

| Message | not completely arbitrary the important point is to define when a citizen is no longer merely an extension of their parents morals and choices , 16 seems to be the clear age where children across the board become completely independant and rebellion/seperation becomes most defined. |
