MessageRt Hon Duke Quinlan MP, Prime Minister of Hutori,

Mr Speaker, this Bill will help expand the Hutorian economy. It is one of the only remaining businesses we have not allowed to expand as it sees fit. I believe that the more business in Hutori, the wealthier the state and in turn the wealthier the people. This is at the forefront of HCP economic thought and policy.

Random fact: Character names must appear plausible and should consist of at least a first name and a surname. Exceptions to this will only be granted at Moderation's discretion and where a very strong case has been presented

Random quote: "The first step in freeing yourself from social restrictions is the realization that there is no such thing as a 'safe' code of conduct, one that would earn everyone's approval. Your actions can always be condemned by someone, for being too bold or too apathetic, for being too conformist or too nonconformist, for being too liberal or too conservative. So it's necessary to decide whose approval is important to you." - Harry Browne
