| Be it approved by the Parliament of the Second Darnussian Democratic Republic, - Due to the escalation of events on the mainland, the Parliament of Darnussia and government shall move the capital temporarily to the old capital of Merenbürg. - This is not a change of capitals, nor an abandonment of the capital, the people, and the mainland itself, but we must continue to operate without disruption from the chaos that is engulfing several parts of the mainland. - Until such a time when the mainland is once again under people's government, we shall have cession in the city of Merenbürg, and all Ministries, including the Chancellery shall also move back to the old capital. -Submitted by The Government |

However by the time it would get there RP wise, it would be late for us to finish voting on it. I have mentioned in the news rumors of several offices moving, but will not begin mass movement until the the situation in the RP catches up. sorry ment to have this is the description, but it got cut. |
