Description[?]:
"Ladies and gentlemen of the Volkskammer, of the nation. We have received numerous requests from the People's Revolutionary Army to intervene into Second Darnussian Democratic Republic to help protect freedom and democracy. In recent months the absolute monarchist and fascist parties in Darnussia have sought to repress the society and destroy any sense of democracy along with it. I stand before you today to ask that we intervene on the side of the People's Revolutionary Army. I stand here to state that we will send both the Third and Fourth Dorvish Armies a total of around 100,000 troops. I ask that we send 1 Petrov-class Aircraft carrier, 5 Egbert-class cruisers, 5 Oth-class cruisers, and 5 Ost-class nuclear submarines. In total I ask that we send one carrier air group alongside the Petrov-class, the 1st Carrier Air Group. I understand this a civil war, but we can all agree we must defend liberty anyway we can. Thank you." |
